Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least . |
2 | Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying  , blinking Tishana. |
3 | When Tishana enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to draw a card for each creature you control. |
4 | Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent. |
