Helga does not have summoning sickness and has power 4 or greater.

Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Helga by tapping it, adding at least that can only be spent to cast creature spells with mana value 4 or greater or creature spells with  in their mana cost. |
2 | Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least , plus up to an additional  if needed. |
3 | Cast Palinchron by paying  . |
4 | Helga triggers, causing you to draw a card, gain 1 life and put a +1/+1 counter on Helga. |
5 | When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands. |
6 | Activate Palinchron by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand. |
7 | Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Helga. |
8 | Repeat. |
