How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Romana II either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable. |
2 | The Sixth Doctor triggers, creating a token copy of Romana II that isn't legendary. |
3 | During another turn, cast Adrix and Nev by paying  . |
4 | The Sixth Doctor triggers, creating a token copy of Adrix and Nev that isn't legendary. |
5 | Resolve the Adrix and Nev spell. |
6 | Activate a Romana II by paying  and tapping it, creating four token copies of the Adrix and Nev token that aren't legendary. |
7 | Activate the other Romana II by paying and tapping it, creating 64 token copies of the Adrix and Nev token that aren't legendary. |
8 | Whenever you create a token from this point on, you will create 2^70 times as many of those tokens due to the 70 Adrix and Nev's you control. |
