Steps

1. Cast Hooded Hydra by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield with fourteen +1/+1 counters on it.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Hooded Hydra, adding .
3. Hooded Hydra dies, creating fourteen 1/1 Snake creature tokens.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar thirteen times by sacrificing thirteen Snakes, adding .
5. Cast Disturbed Burial with buyback by paying , returning Hooded Hydra from your graveyard to your hand, and returning Disturbed Burial to your hand.
6. Repeat.
