How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing Strangleroot Geist. |
2 | Strangleroot Geist dies, triggering its undying ability and Zulaport Cutthroat. |
3 | Resolve the Strangleroot Geist trigger, returning it to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. |
4 | Resolve the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life. |
5 | Resolve the Yawgmoth ability, putting a -1/-1 counter on any creature you don't control. |
6 | Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing Young Wolf. |
7 | Young Wolf dies, triggering its undying ability and Zulaport Cutthroat. |
8 | Resolve the Young Wolf trigger, returning it to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. |
9 | Resolve the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life. |
10 | Resolve the Yawgmoth ability, putting a -1/-1 counter on Strangleroot Geist. |
11 | Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing Strangleroot Geist. |
