Activate Slimefoot by paying 4, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.

The Saproling enters the battlefield, triggering Ivy Lane Denizen, putting a +1/+1 counter on Lesser Masticore.

Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding .
