Steps

1. Activate Varolz by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, regenerating Varolz.
2. Activate Eternal Scourge's scavenge ability by paying and exiling it, putting six +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler.
3. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability six times by removing six +1/+1 counters from it, adding .
4. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying .
5. Repeat.
