How does this combo work?

Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Gluttonous Troll, adding .

Gluttonous Troll dies, triggering Nim Deathmantle, causing you to pay 4 to return Gluttonous Troll from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.

When Gluttonous Troll enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least three Food, three Clue and three Treasure artifact tokens.

Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
