Steps
  1. Cast Elvish Visionary by paying 0.
  2. Elvish Visionary enters the battlefield, triggering its ability.
  3. Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Elvish Visionary.
  4. Elvish Visionary dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Elvish Visionary on top of your library from your graveyard.
  5. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Resolve the Elvish Visionary trigger from step 2, causing you to draw Elvish Visionary from the top of your library.
  7. Repeat.
