Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Infested Thrinax by paying |
2 | When Infested Thrinax enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to create a number of 1/1 Saproling creature tokens when a nontoken creature you control dies. |
3 | Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Scourge of Nel Toth. |
4 | When Scourge of Nel Toth dies, Infested Thrinax and Pitiless Plunderer trigger. |
5 | Resolve the Infested Thrinax trigger, creating six 1/1 Saproling creature tokens. |
6 | Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token. |
7 | Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing a Saproling. |
8 | When the Saproling dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token. |
9 | Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur abilities from steps 3 and 7, putting two +1/+1 counters on it. |
10 | Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding . |
11 | Cast Scourge of Nel Toth from your graveyard by paying and sacrificing two Saprolings. |
