Six must be on the battlefield. Chromatic Sphere must be in the graveyard. Dakmor Salvage must be in hand. Cloud Key must be on the battlefield (with "Artifact" chosen). Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Chromatic Sphere from your graveyard by paying and discarding Dakmor Salvage.
2. Activate Chromatic Sphere by paying , tapping and sacrificing it, adding and causing you to mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand.
3. Repeat.
