Steps

1. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying , tapping it, and putting it on the bottom of your library, taking an extra turn after this one.
2. Activate Llanowar Elves by tapping it, adding .
3. Activate Prime Speaker Vannifar by tapping and sacrificing Llanowar Elves, searching for Timestream Navigator and putting it onto the battlefield.
4. Cast Llanowar Elves from your graveyard by paying .
