Steps

1. Activate Agent Frank Horrigan by paying , blinking it.
2. When Agent Frank Horrigan enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Agent Frank Horrigan trigger, causing you to put two +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler.
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Agent Frank Horrigan.
5. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding .
6. Repeat.
