Wight of the Reliquary does not have summoning sickness. You control at least one additional creature.

   Steps

How does this combo work?
1
Activate Wight of the Reliquary by tapping it and sacrificing another creature, causing you to search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
2
When the land enters the battlefield, Seed the Land triggers, creating a creature token.
3
When the creature token enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
4
Repeat.
