How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Cloudkin Seer by paying  . |
2 | Cloudkin Seer enters the battlefield, triggering its ability. |
3 | Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Cloudkin Seer. |
4 | Cloudkin Seer dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Cloudkin Seer on top of your library from your graveyard. |
5 | Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it. |
6 | Resolve the Cloudkin Seer trigger from step 2, causing you to draw Cloudkin Seer from the top of your library. |
7 | Repeat. |
