Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate a basic land by tapping it, adding one mana. |
2 | Activate Earthcraft by tapping Grimgrin, untapping a basic land. |
3 | Activate a basic land by tapping it, adding one mana. |
4 | Activate Earthcraft by tapping the cheap creature, untapping a basic land. |
5 | Activate Grimgrin by sacrificing the cheap creature, untapping Grimgrin and putting a +1/+1 counter on it. |
6 | Activate Havengul Lich by paying  , allowing you to cast the sacrificed creature from your graveyard this turn. |
7 | Cast that creature from your graveyard by paying its mana cost. |
8 | Repeat. |
