Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Zaxara by tapping it, adding . |
2 | Cast Wurmcalling with buyback by paying . |
3 | Zaxara triggers, creating two 0/0 Hydra creature tokens. |
4 | The Hydras enter the battlefield and die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. |
5 | Faces of the Past trigger twice. |
6 | Resolve the first trigger, untapping all Hydras. |
7 | Activate Zaxara by tapping it, adding . |
8 | Resolve the second Faces of the Past trigger, untapping all Hydras. |
