Steps

2. Cast Zealous Conscripts by paying .
3. Zealous Conscripts enters the battlefield, targeting Agrus Kos.
4. Agrus Kos triggers, holding priority, activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Agrus Kos' ability.
5. Resolve the copy of Agrus Kos' ability, causing you to pay to copy Zealous Conscripts's ability targeting each other creature you control.
6. Resolve all copied abilities, untapping each creature you control and giving them haste.
