How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Wheel of Misfortune by paying  . |
2 | Holding priority, activate Cho-Arrim Alchemist by paying  , tapping it and discarding a card, preventing all damage dealt by Wheel of Misfortune to you, and causing you to gain that much life. |
3 | Resolve Wheel of Misfortune, choosing an arbitrarily large number, and causing you to gain life equal to the number you chose if you chose the largest number. |
4 | If you didn't choose the largest number, Wheel of Misfortune deals that much damage to each opponent who chose the largest number. |
