How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Fiend Hunter token, adding . |
4 | When the Fiend Hunter token dies, it triggers, returning Kiki-Jiki from exile to the battlefield. |
5 | Repeat. |
