Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Tomb Trawler by paying  , putting Orcish Bowmasters on the bottom of your library from your graveyard. |
2 | Activate Grenzo by paying , putting Orcish Bowmasters into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield. |
3 | When Orcish Bowmasters enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target, then creating a 0/0 Orc Army creature token and putting a +1/+1 counter on it. |
4 | Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Army and Orcish Bowmasters, adding . |
5 | Repeat. |
