Steps
  1. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Kobolds of Kher Keep, adding one mana of any color.
  3. When Kobolds of Kher Keep dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Kobolds of Kher Keep from your graveyard on top of your library.
  4. Repeat.
