How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing the Goblin token. |
4 | When the Goblin dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token. |
5 | Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it. |
6 | Repeat. |
