Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding . |
2 | When Murderous Redcap dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it. |
3 | When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target. |
4 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding . |
5 | Activate Soldevi Digger by paying  , putting Murderous Redcap on the bottom of your library from your graveyard. |
6 | Activate Grenzo by paying , putting Murderous Redcap into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield. |
7 | When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 2 damage to any target. |
