Steps

1. Cast Flame Jab from your graveyard by paying and discarding Dakmor Salvage.
2. Runaway Steam-Kin and Moonveil Regent trigger.
3. Resolve the Runaway Steam-Kin trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Moonveil Regent trigger, causing you to discard your hand, mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Resolve Flame Jab, dealing 1 damage to any target.
6. Repeat two additional times.
7. Activate Runaway Steam-Kin by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, adding .
8. Repeat.
