How does this combo work?

3 | Activate four Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding  . |
4 | Activate Sling-Gang Lieutenant by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist, causing an opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life. |
