How does this combo work?

Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
2
Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Cloudstone Curio.
3
Resolve the Dockside Extortionist trigger, creating at least three Treasure tokens.
4
Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Blazing Rootwalla from the battlefield to your hand.
5
Activate Anje by tapping it and discarding Blazing Rootwalla into exile.

Blazing Rootwalla's madness ability and Anje trigger.
7
Resolve the Blazing Rootwalla trigger, causing you to pay 0 to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.

Blazing Rootwalla enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio, returning Dockside Extortionist from the battlefield to your hand.

Resolve the Anje trigger from step 6, untapping it.
