How does this combo work?

3 | Resolve the Funeral Room // Awakening Hall trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life. |
4 | Resolve the Sek'Kuar trigger, creating a 3/1 Graveborn creature token. |
5 | Resolve the Warren Soultrader ability, creating a Treasure token. |
6 | Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding . |
