Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Tainted Strike, giving Purphoros +1/+0 and infect until end of turn. |
2 | Cast Avenger of Zendikar. |
3 | Avenger of Zendikar enters, triggering itself and Purphoros. |
4 | Resolve the Avenger of Zendikar trigger, creating a Plant token for each land you control. |
5 | The tokens enter, triggering Purphoros four times. |
6 | Resolve All Purphoros triggers giving each opponent ten poison counters. |
