How does this combo work?

Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Golgari Thug, adding 1.
2
When Golgari Thug dies, it, Pitiless Plunderer and Dragon Appeasement trigger.
3
Resolve the Golgari Thug trigger, putting it on top of your library from your graveyard.
4
Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
5
Resolve the Dragon Appeasement trigger, causing you to draw Golgari Thug from the top of your library.

Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .

Cast Golgari Thug by paying 1.

Repeat.
