Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Declare Dune-Brood Nephilim and Hellkite Charger as attackers. |
2 | Hellkite Charger triggers, causing you to pay  to untap all attacking creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one. |
3 | Deal combat damage with Dune-Brood Nephilim. |
4 | Dune-Brood Nephilim triggers, creating a 1/1 Sand creature token for each land you control. |
5 | Move to your next combat phase. |
6 | Declare Dune-Brood Nephilim and Hellkite Charger as attackers. |
7 | Hellkite Charger triggers, holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar seven times by sacrificing seven Sand creature tokens, adding . |
8 | Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger, causing you to pay to untap all attacking creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one. |
9 | Repeat from step 3. |
