How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding  . |
2 | When the creature dies, Blade of the Bloodchief triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Pentavus. |
3 | Activate Pentavus' first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Pentavite artifact creature token. |
4 | Repeat. |
