Myr Welder on the battlefield (Myr Welder without summoning sickness on the battlefield).
White Lotus Tile in exile (White Lotus Tile exiled by Myr Welder in exile).
Staff of Domination on the battlefield or in exile (Staff of Domination exiled by Myr Welder in exile).
You control at least five creatures that share a creature type if Staff of Domination is on the battlefield or two creatures that share a creature type otherwise.

How does this combo work?
1
Activate Myr Welder using White Lotus Tile's ability by tapping it, adding at least two mana of any color.
2
If Staff of Domination is on the battlefield, activate its third ability by paying 3, untapping Myr Welder. Then, activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1. untapping it.

If Staff of Domination is exiled by Myr Welder, activate Myr Welder using Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping Myr Welder.
4
Repeat.
