How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Brass Infiniscope by tapping it, adding and creating a delayed triggered ability. |
3 | Activate Voltaic Construct by paying  , untapping Brass Infiniscope. |
4 | Repeat steps 2 and 3 as desired. |
5 | Cast the spell with in its mana cost, with being at least 2 if you wish to gain life. |
