How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding  . |
2 | When the creature dies, Blade of the Bloodchief triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Triskelavus. |
3 | Activate Triskelavus by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Triskelavite artifact creature token. |
