Resolve the Tarrian's Soulcleaver trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.

Holding priority, activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Chromatic Star from your graveyard onto the top of your library.

Resolve the Chromatic Star trigger, causing you to draw it from the top of your library.
