Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Peer into the Abyss by paying  , causing target opponent to draw half their library and lose half their life. |
2 | Activate Folio of Fancies's last ability by paying  and tapping it, causing each opponent to mill cards equal to the number of cards in their hand. |
3 | During their draw step, the opponent targeted in step 1 loses the game due to drawing from an empty library. |
