Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Nexus of Fate by paying  , causing you to get an extra turn after this one and shuffle it into your library. |
2 | Activate Isochron Scepter by paying  and tapping it, casting a copy of Vampiric Tutor without paying its mana cost. |
3 | Resolve the copy of Vampiric Tutor, searching your library for Nexus of Fate, then shuffling your library and putting Nexus of Fate on top of it, and causing you to lose 2 life. |
4 | Move to your next turn. |
5 | At the beginning of your upkeep, Palace Siege triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain two life. |
6 | At the beginning of your draw step, you will draw Nexus of Fate from the top of your library. |
7 | Repeat. |
