How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Archaeomancer, adding . |
3 | Archaeomancer triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped with a +1/+1 counter on it. |
4 | Archaeomancer enters the battlefield, returning Feign Death from your graveyard to your hand. |
5 | Repeat. |
