How does this combo work?

3 | Ketramose triggers, causing you to draw a card and lose 1 life. |
4 | Shabraz triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and put a +1/+1 counter on Shabraz. |
5 | Resolve the Dream Trawler ability. |
6 | Repeat. |
