Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Sliver Overlord's first ability by paying  , searching your library for the lowest mana value Sliver creature card in your library and putting it into your hand. |
2 | Cast the Sliver by paying its mana cost. |
3 | When the Sliver enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding for each Sliver on the battlefield. |
4 | Repeat until you have no Slivers left in your library. |
