Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding three mana of each color. |
2 | Activate Legacy Weapon by paying , exiling Eternal Scourge. |
3 | Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying  . |
4 | When Eternal Scourge enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures. |
5 | Repeat. |
