How does this combo work?

2 | When Jyoti enters, it and Deadeye Navigator trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Jyoti trigger, creating a 1/1 Forest Dryad land creature token for each time you've cast your commander from the command zone this game |
4 | When the Forest Dryads enter, Tatyova triggers that many times, giving them haste until end of turn. |
5 | Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Jyoti. |
