How does this combo work?

2 | Death's Presece triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters on Scurry Oak equal to the sacrificed creature's power. |
3 | Scurry Oak triggers, creating a 4/4 Beast creature token. |
4 | Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power. |
5 | Repeat. |
