Words of Wilding must be on the battlefield. Fecundity must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. You control at least one creature.
Steps
  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a creature, adding 1.
  2. The creature dies, triggering Fecundity.
  3. Holding priority, activate Words of Wilding by paying 1, causing you to create a 2/2 Bear creature token the next time you would draw a card this turn.
  4. Resolve the Fecundity trigger, creating a 2/2 Bear creature token.
  5. Repeat.
Results
Infinite death triggers. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
