Nim Deathmantle must be on the battlefield. Llanowar Druid must be on the battlefield. Thousand-Year Elixir must be on the battlefield. You control at least five Forests.
Steps
  1. Activate five Forests by tapping them, adding .
  2. Activate Llanowar Druid by tapping and sacrificing it.
  3. Llanowar Druid dies, triggering Nim Deathmantle, causing you to pay 4 to return Llanowar Druid from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  4. Resolve the Llanowar Druid ability from step 2, untapping all Forests.
  5. Repeat.
Results
Infinite death triggers. Infinite ETB. Infinite green mana. Infinite LTB. Infinite sacrifice triggers. Infinite untap of all Forests.
