Yedora, Grave Gardener must be on the battlefield. Grafted Wargear must be on the battlefield. Temur Charger must be on the battlefield. Sporemound must be on the battlefield. You control at least one additional creature that does not have Grafted Wargear attached. You have at least one green card in hand.
Steps
  1. Activate Grafted Wargear's equip ability by paying 0, attaching it to Temur Charger.
  2. If Grafted Wargear was attached to a creature, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice the creature it was attached to.
  3. Activate Grafted Wargear's equip ability by paying 0, attaching it to another creature.
  4. Grafted Wargear triggers, causing you to sacrifice Temur Charger.
  5. When Temur Charger dies, Yedora triggers, returning Temur Charger from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a Forest land.
  6. When Temur Charger enters the battlefield, Sporemound triggers, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
  7. Activate Temur Charger by tapping it, adding .
  8. Activate Temur Charger's morph ability by revealing a green card in your hand, turning it face up.
  9. Repeat.
