Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Squandered Resources by sacrificing a land, adding one mana of any color that land could produce. |
2 | Repeat step 1 until you have at least  available and/or you control no other mana-producing lands. |
3 | Activate Aftermath Analyst by paying  and sacrificing it, returning all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped. |
4 | When the lands enter the battlefield, each Scute Swarm you control triggers that many times, creating that many creature tokens. |
5 | Activate Chthonian Nightmare by paying , sacrificing a creature and returning Chthonian Nightmare from the battlefield to your hand, returning Aftermath Analyst from your graveyard to the battlefield. |
6 | When Aftermath Analyst enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to mill three cards. |
7 | Cast Chthonian Nightmare by paying  . |
8 | When Chthonian Nightmare enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to get . |
