Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature, adding one mana of any color. |
2 | The Cauldron of Eternity and Verdant Succession both trigger. |
3 | Resolve The Cauldron of Eternity trigger first, putting the creature on the bottom of your library. |
4 | Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, returning the creature to the battlefield. |
5 | Repeat. |
