How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature that has a +1/+1 counter on it, adding  . |
2 | When the creature dies, The Ooze triggers, creating a Mutagen token and a creature token due to Chatterfang. |
3 | Activate the Mutagen token by paying , tapping and sacrificing it, putting a +1/+1 counter on the creature token. |
4 | Repeat. |
